Therese ISAKSSON

Therese specializes in commercial dispute resolution and has considerable experience as counsel in litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, she worked for several years in the largest Swedish commercial District Court and Court of Appeal. She frequently serves as arbitrator, acting as chair, sole and co-arbitrator, in domestic and international arbitrations.

Therese is the Swedish member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and heads the Swedish National Committee of the ICC. She is also appointed to the ICSID list of Conciliators by the Swedish government.

She currently serves as board member of the Research Panel for Arbitration and Other Dispute Resolution at the Stockholm University Center for Commercial Law, and is a former board member of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
