Thomas DAUVILLIER

Thomas Dauvillier is a senior associate advising international clients on high-stakes arbitrations with a particular focus on disputes arising from major energy and infrastructure projects involving complex engineering and financial liability.

Thomas operates under all major arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, SCC, UNCITRAL), handling disputes that turn on critical performance failure in process plants as well as construction defects in large-scale infrastructure. In the energy sector, Thomas has experience in major projects involving multibillion dollar disputes regarding long-term agreements, specifically cost recovery, profit-sharing formula, and tax stability issues.

He also represents clients in annulment proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal and regularly sits as secretary to arbitral tribunals.
