Tom BLANK

Tom’s practice covers all areas of dispute resolution, including construction, professional liability and arbitration related litigation such as set-aside and enforcement proceedings.

Tom has experience advising clients in domestic disputes and in international arbitration.

Work highlights include representing investors in enforcement of an investment arbitration award worth USD 500+ million, and representing a State in set-aside proceedings regarding an investment award concerning a USD 6 billion claim.

Tom is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS) and the Swedish Insurance Law Association. He has previously been a member of the Advisory Board of YAS and is the current Executive Secretary of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
