The Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan was officially launched at the 2019 PAW, marking a pivotal moment for dispute resolution in the region. As of January 2025, the TIAC caseload has tripled compared to the same period in 2024. Current statistics reveal that more than half of the cases administered by TIAC involve an international element, with non-Uzbek claimants increasingly seeking TIAC's services for disputes involving non-Uzbek respondents.
