Ahmed OUERFELLI

Ahmed Ouerfelli served as judge (1995-2014) and then as Legal advisor to three successive Presidents of the Republic of Tunisia (2011-2015). In Spring 2015, he founded “Ouerfelli Attorneys & Counsel”; a law office specialized in business law.

He served as Arbitrator and Mediator in several institutional and ad hoc cases, and as counsel for Tunisia in ICSID arbitrations, besides to other clients in commercial and arbitral matters.

Since 1996, he has been teaching arbitration law at Tunisian Law schools and high Institutes.

He is also an author of 10 books and of more than 100 articles, mainly on arbitration law, published in more than 13 countries.
