Counsel

Amanda Jiménez Pintón graduated in Law & Political Science from Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and subsequently obtained her LL.M. from Columbia University in New York.

She is currently Counsel of the Latin American and Iberian team at the Secretariat of the Court of the ICC. In this capacity, she oversees and administers, together with her team, around 250 arbitrations.

Before joining the Secretariat of the Court, Amanda worked as a Foreign Associate within the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s international arbitration team in Washington D.C., where she participated in several investment arbitrations before ICSID and other arbitral institutions, and as an Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, where she administered investment and State-to-State arbitrations and served as administrative secretary for different arbitral tribunals.
