Amina DAMMANN
Amina Dammann specializes in environmental law and litigation. She has extensive experience representing multinational corporations in the automotive, energy and pharma sectors. Her practice includes defending clients in governmental investigations and enforcement actions, as well as in federal and state court litigation.
Amina has many years of experience representing German and U.S. blue chip companies in both U.S. and German proceedings, as well as in transnational matters. A particular focus of her practice is on advising German companies facing litigation or governmental investigations in the United States. This includes representing German clients before U.S. agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB); it also involves coordinating parallel proceedings in the United States and Germany. Amina holds U.S. degrees from Harvard and Texas and has also obtained the two German state exams in law as well as a doctorate in law from Frankfurt University.
