Andrea Zumbado specializes in sustainability, compliance, and international law. As Legal Leader for Sustainability at Inter IKEA Group, she provides guidance on sustainability-related regulatory frameworks, supporting legal risk management and business adaptation. She previously worked in private practice in Paris and Washington, D.C., in international arbitration teams, handling cross-border disputes connected to environmental measures and human rights matters. Earlier in her career, she was with the Ministry of Foreign Trade, working on trade policy and representing the government in international disputes. She also led ArcelorMittal's Legal Sustainability Practice, focusing on ESG challenges, human rights, and decarbonization strategies.
