Antoinette CHERFANE

Antoinette Cherfane is a director in the Construction practice of FTI Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation team, based in Paris. She joined FTI Consulting in 2022, having spent most of her professional career on major industrial and infrastructure projects where she has developed an in-depth knowledge of cost, schedule, risk and contract management issues within the construction industry.

Antoinette has an extensive knowledge in the methodologies and tools required for conducting delay analysis. She deployed her extensive understanding of planning and scheduling techniques in the production of forensic delay analysis and expert reports in contemplation of international arbitration. The projects she has worked on are spread across North Africa and the Middle East.
