Antonio RIGOZZI
Antonio Rigozzi is a founding partner of the Geneva firm Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, where he heads the sports arbitration team. He advises athletes, teams and sports-governing bodies in proceedings before the CAS, the BAT and the Swiss courts, including the Swiss Supreme Court and serves as an arbitrator or mediator in sports-related disputes outside the CAS. Antonio Rigozzi also works as counsel, arbitrator and expert in international commercial arbitrations, both ad hoc and under the main institutional rules, including the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCAI, CAM and VIAC rules. In addition to his work as a practitioner, he teaches sports law and international arbitration at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and regularly lectures on these topics in Swiss and foreign postgraduate programs. He has authored and co-authored numerous works on international sports law and arbitration.
