Avi ZAMIR
Judge (Ret.) Zamir is an independent mediator and arbitrator. He served as a judge and vice president in the Magistrate´s Court in Kiryat Gat, the Tel Aviv Magistrate´s Court, and the Tel Aviv District Court for 17 years. While on the bench, he engaged in criminal and civil cases, including commercial law, real estate and insolvency. Judge (Ret.) Zamir is a Partner of the law firm A. Gabrieli & Co. (Tel Aviv) since 2015 and has been involved in civil mediation and arbitration proceedings, including commercial law, real estate, corporate law, communications, intellectual property, and public and administrative law.

Education
Avi Zamir earned his LL.M (cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University – Northwestern University (Chicago) Joint Public Law Program for Senior Executives. He earned his PhD degree from the University of Pécs, Hungary. He is also a graduate of a mediation course and diploma studies in the ´Judge as Manager´ Program at the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. He joined the Israel Bar Association in 1989.
