Bartosz KRUżEWSKI

Bartosz Krużewski is an advocate, a partner at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance and the head of the litigation practice in Warsaw and Continental Europe. He is one of the leading lawyers in Poland specializing in international arbitration, in particular arbitration proceedings based on investment treaties. He acts for clients in investment matters both on the side of the Polish state and investors. He regularly handles disputes related to construction, infrastructure, post-M&A matters and in the energy sector. He was the chairman of the Arbitration Commission of the ICC Poland and a member of the management board of the ICC Poland. He also serves as an alternate member of the ICC Court of Arbitration representing Poland, and is a sought after arbitrator in cases conducted before institutional and ad hoc tribunals.
