Bogdan VOINOV

Bogdan is a Senior Associate in the International Arbitration team of Ashurst LLP, Paris office.

He has acted as counsel in several international arbitrations, under different institutional rules (ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, DIAC) and governing laws, in a variety of complex disputes in relation in particular to large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He also has experience assisting clients in mediations and serving as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals.

Prior to joining Ashurst in 2018, Bogdan was a member of the international arbitration team of Bredin Prat, in Paris.

He holds a Professional Master 2 in Business Law (Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE) from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University.

He is member of the Paris Bar (admitted 2013), and speaks French, English and Romanian.
