Benjamin ROUX
Benjamin Roux is a Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon, based in Paris and London.
Benjamin has more than ten years of experience performing business valuation, economic and regulatory analyses, and damages assessment, mainly in the context of international arbitration and litigations. He has been recognised as a Thought Leader in Arbitration by Who’s Who Legal.
Benjamin has provided expert testimony and participated in the production of expert reports on regulation and damages issues in more than 45 investment and commercial arbitration cases under ICSID, ICC, LCIA, CIMA, UNCITRAL rules among others. He has also been involved in post-M&A and shareholder disputes as well as construction arbitrations and litigation cases brought before domestic tribunals. He has testified orally in English, Spanish and French.
His experience spans a broad range of sectors including electricity, oil and gas (upstream and downstream), mining, construction, infrastructure, hospitality and real estate, telecommunications, defence, financial institutions, pharmaceutical, gaming and retail. These engagements involved projects and companies located in more than 35 countries.
Benjamin holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris and an MSc in Economics & Public Policy from Sciences-Po Paris. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, granted by the CFA Institute.
