Christian BORRIS

Christian Borris is a founding partner of Borris Hennecke Kneisel. He has many years of experience as a commercial lawyer, arbitrator, and in other roles in the field of alternative dispute resolution. His practice focuses on post-M&A disputes, corporate law/joint ventures, energy supply contracts, plant construction, international sales contracts, licensing agreements, W&I insurance/reinsurance. Christian Borris has been presiding or co-arbitrator in over 100 cases in international and national arbitration proceedings under the rules of, inter alia, the ICC, DIS, SCC, Swiss Rules, DAI. He is an honorary professor of international arbitration at the University of Cologne.
