Christine FALCICCHIO
Christine Falcicchio is the founder and owner of Sopra Legal, Inc. and an expert in guiding her clients through the eBrief development process. She has been involved in the creation of thousands of eBriefs and personally oversees the creation of all Sopra eBriefs.
Prior to founding Sopra, Christine managed iBrief (formerly a division of TrialGraphix) for nearly ten years and was more recently an owner of Strut Legal. Christine has extensive knowledge of the requirements and personal preferences of judges and arbitrators nationwide and internationally in the use of interactive submissions. She advises clients on best practices for eBriefs based on their specific venues and matters.
Christine has authored several articles on the use of interactive submissions and has presented this topic for live and web-based CLEs for the DRI and ARIAS-US organizations, as well as several bar associations.
Christine earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University and B.A. in broadcast journalism from Pepperdine University. She completed a summer internship for the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey during law school and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations, ArbitralWomen, ChIPs Network, Seton Hall University School of Law Women’s Leadership Advisory Committee and the International Law Section of The Florida Bar (ILS).
