At the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, David Capitant leads the German Law Center and the Comparative Law Department of the Sorbonne Doctoral School of Law. He also directs the Master’s program in French and German Law, organized in collaboration with the University of Cologne, as well as the European Master in Governance and Administration (MEGA), jointly run with the ENA, the University of Potsdam, Humboldt University of Berlin, the University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer, and the Federal Academy of Public Administration (BAköV). Additionally, he oversees the European Comparative Public Law Doctoral College, a joint initiative of the universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Speyer, Strasbourg, and Freiburg, in association with the University of Milan.
