Daniel MAINGUY
Professeur de Droit
Daniel Mainguy is a law professor at Sorbonne University, where he leads the Business Litigation Masters programme. Prof. Mainguy has extensive experience in arbitration law, having been an arbitrator in over 80 cases. He has written over 15 books on many aspects of corporate and arbitration law. His most recent book, published in 2023, focuses on “atypical legal warfare”, examining how the law and its practitioners play a role in non-military conflicts (Original title: Droit de la guerre atypique, réflexions sur les conflits non armés et non militaires).
