Edouard Lemoalle is a partner at Adaltys Avocats, based in the firm’s Paris office.

Edouard advises clients in the electronic communications, technologies, and automotive sectors on a variety of matters. His practice is focused on IT, internet, cybersecurity, data protection and compliance. He assists clients with complex regulatory issues (GDPR, IA Act, NIS, Dora, CRA etc.), particularly those related to new generation networks and innovative services (artificial intelligence, internet of things IoT, smart objects, 5G wireless technology, etc.) and on transactional and litigation matters before regulatory authorities and commercial courts. Edouard also works on competition law matters in the TMT sector.

Edouard is a member of the AMRAE, the Association for Management of Corporate Risks and Insurance and regularly attends the works and conferences of the AMRAE.

Edouard is fluent in French, English and Portuguese.
