Eduardo SILVA DA SILVA
Eduardo Silva da Silva is partner at Dispute Resolution Office (DRO), a firm specialized in managing corporate conflicts, in operation since 2017. He also works in Corporate Law and Corporate Governance. He holds a Doctorate in Private and Procedural Law (2006), a Master's degree in Business Law (2000) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and has been working in arbitration since 1996, having participated in numerous procedures, especially related to Contracts, Energy, and Corporate Law. As a university professor, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.
He is listed as an arbitrator by numerous Brazilian and foreign institutions and is a member of the Global Commission on Arbitration & ADR of the Paris International Chamber of Commerce and the Brazilian Arbitration Committee of the ICC.
