In particular, she handles post-acquisition disputes, conflicts between shareholders, and the dismissal and liability of directors.

With a recognized expertise in digital and IT litigation, she also handles all issues relating to the liability of online platforms, in particular for access and published content, and supports clients in resolving all disputes relating to the performance or termination of IT contracts.Elsa Rodrigues intervenes regularly in sensitive, high-exposure cases, such as the Crédit Martiniquais bank bankruptcy litigation, the seizure of foreign aircraft on French territory, the case concerning access by minors to adult content on the Internet, or the litigation relating to the estate of Christian Audigier.
