Franck LATTY
Franck Latty is professor of international law at Paris Nanterre University. He is a member and former director of the Nanterre Center of International Law (CEDIN) and the President of the French Branch of the International Law Association (ILA).
Franck is the author of numerous publications on general international law, investment law and sports law (his PhD thesis – in French – was on “Lex sportiva – Research into transnational law”). He is on the list of conciliators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). He serves as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) based in Lausanne (Switzerland). He also acts as an arbitrator and a conciliator in sports-related cases brought before the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF). In addition, he is Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the French Tennis Federation (FFT).
