Glenn GEORGE

Dr. Glenn R. George is a seasoned advisor and expert witness on quantum in the global power and utilities, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, water, chemical/petrochemical, transport, consumer services, and infrastructure sectors. Drawing on his background as an engineer, economist, and business manager, he applies deep expertise in strategy, policy, regulation, technology, and finance to business challenges and disputes facing companies, governments, and investors. His areas of specialization include transaction support (involving over time more than 30,000 MW of generation capacity, together with a wide variety of other asset types), asset valuation (including intellectual property), risk assessment, and transportation infrastructure, together with power generation (renewable, fossil, and nuclear) and transmission and distribution. His expert witness work focuses on damages in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters (both commercial and investor-state) related to construction and other contract disputes in the energy, infrastructure, and related sectors. He holds engineering and business degrees from Cornell University and a Ph.D. in energy economics from Harvard University.
