Jonathan BARNETT

Jonathan Barnett is an arbitration lawyer with Fieldfisher. He was previously working in third party funding at Nivalion and LCM and was repeatedly recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a Thought Leader in Third Party Funding and received Lexology´s Client Choice Award 2024. Jonathan has also practiced in leading law firms in London, Paris and Zurich. He was Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC Arbitration Court and Researcher at UNCITRAL. He is admitted to the courts of England and Australia. Jonathan speaks English and French and is a guest lecturer on third party funding at ESSEC Business School (Paris) and Stockholm University.
