Laura GALINDO
Laura Galindo is a highly knowledgeable expert in AI policy and regulatory matters, with a focus on international implementation. She is currently employed as the AI Policy Manager at Meta, where she leads the Open Loop Program. She is an expert member of the OECD Working Party on Artificial Intelligence and the Council of Europe’s Committee on AI. Previously, Laura served as an international public official at the OECD in Paris, working closely with governments to oversee the implementation of their national AI strategies. She holds a J.S.M. from Stanford and an LL.B from Universidad de Los Andes, and has extensive experience in international anti-corruption and arbitration matters gained from her previous roles as a former advisor at the Presidency of Colombia and as a lawyer in law firms based in Paris and London. Laura's diverse background enables her to offer unique insights on AI policy and regulatory matters from a global perspective. Since 2018, she co-lead the Global VYAP Network, a network that seeks to promote access to justice locally, and the arbitration practice globally among young arbitration practitioners (with over 25 national chapters).
