Lisa Baker MORGAN

Mediator, Arbitrator, and Attorney.

Lisa Baker Morgan is a mediator, arbitrator and trial attorney in civil and commercial disputes. A member of the California Car, she earned her Master of Laws from Université-Paris-Panthéon-Assas in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. Since 2021, Lisa Baker Morgan has been a full-time neutral. She an accredited in mediation and trained in both the United States and Europe. With her extensive experience in litigation and ADR, she has a holistic approach to dispute resolution. She a lecturer and instructor on negotiation and mediation and a guest professor at Yerevan State University for its Master of Laws International Courts and Arbitration program.
Lisa Baker Morgan is a certified Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and IMI-qualified. In addition to her own practice, she is a mediator for MCLA, the Mediation & Resolution institution, and the Bordeaux Court of Appeal. She is a 2025 Higginbotham Fellow with the AAA. This is her second year organizing an event for PAW regarding the combined use of mediation and international arbitration.
