Associate

Marine is a senior associate in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris, focusing her practice on international commercial and investment arbitration. Marine is French and has lived in several countries, including the US, the UK, Argentina and India. With a unique multicultural background, she is able to work on complex arbitrations involving various regions of the globe and in different languages. Marine is dual-qualified in New York and Paris and fluent in English, French and Spanish. She also speaks Italian.
Practice Focus
Marine advises businesspersons, corporations from diverse industries and state governments and entities in global dispute resolution strategy. She represents them in major multimillion arbitration proceedings, across a large variety of sectors especially energy, infrastructure, mining and financial services.

Marine’s experience includes the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, especially disputes arising out of international commercial contracts, bilateral investment treaties and investment agreements. Her practice mainly involves multijurisdictional issues where she has extensive experience.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Marine worked in the Washington, DC and London offices of leading international law firms for several years, also focusing on international arbitration.
