Michael HALE

Michael Hale is an Australian corporate senior executive with a background in governance and finance. He has worked in Government and in a number of boutique advisory companies focused on financing resources projects in Australia, Asia and Europe in his role as a company director. His career has been focused on financial planning, project funding, risk management and priority assessment in both the public and private sector.

For the past ten years, he has been based in Europe and was a director of Balamara Resources Limited, an Australian resources company developing significant coking coal projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining Balamara in 2011 he had founded a Government Relations advisory firm in Australia and went on to establish his own boutique finance group primarily focusing on funding emerging miners and explorers.

Michael has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in International Arbitration.
