Mohamed Sameh Mostafa is the Head of Disputes at the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone), overseeing the development of its dispute resolution framework. Before joining SCZone, Mr. Mostafa specialized in international arbitration and dispute settlement, advising the Egyptian government and investors on complex commercial and investment cases, and leading negotiations in high profile international disputes. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), treaty-based arbitration, and enforcement of arbitral awards. At SCZone, he is leading efforts to establish an independent conciliation and arbitration system, positioning the Zone as a regional hub for efficient and investor-friendly dispute resolution.
