Natalia GODULA

Natalia specializes in litigation and arbitration. Before joining Octo Legal, Natalia gained experience in renowned Polish and international law firms in Warsaw, Paris and Geneva. Her experience includes representing clients in proceedings before international arbitral tribunals and national courts in infrastructure (including disputes arising out of FIDIC contracts), pharmaceutical, energy and international trade matters, as well as pre-litigation counseling. Natalia has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings under bilateral investment treaties.

Natalia is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from Jagiellonian University and specialized in international dispute resolution during her studies at University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 degree) and University Paris XII in Créteil. Moreover, during her studies at Jagiellonian University, Natalia completed the French Law School (conducted in cooperation with the University of Orléans, where she later obtained Master 2 degree) and the American Law School (conducted in cooperation with the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC).

On a daily basis Natalia works in Polish and English, she also speaks French.
