Natasha PETER
Natasha Peter is a dual-qualified English barrister and French avocat, and is a partner at Trinity International in Paris. She has over 20 years’ experience in international arbitration, litigation and dispute management, from the conduct of arbitral proceedings to court applications for interim relief and multi-jurisdictional enforcement, to dispute resolution by means of negotiation and mediation.
She represents and advises clients in a wide cross-section of jurisdictions and industry sectors, including in the fields of renewables, energy, oil & gas, construction, JV/ M&A disputes, infrastructure, finance and telecommunications. She also sits as an arbitrator and adjudicator.
Natasha is a visiting lecturer at the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, where she teaches drafting and written advocacy skills. She regularly publishes articles and gives seminars on topics relating to international arbitration, commercial/ contract law and alternative dispute resolution. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Deputy District Judge in England & Wales.
