Nguyen DO

Nguyen Do is a member of YKVN’s International Arbitration team. During his 14-year tenure at YKVN, he has worked on most of YKVN’s complex and high-value international arbitrations including construction, oil & gas, project, debt restructuring, investment, professional liability, and shareholders’ disputes. These matters include arbitrations conducted under the VIAC, SIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules seated in and outside of Vietnam.

Nguyen frequently writes on Vietnam-related arbitrations. His articles have been published in major arbitration publications including Kluwer Law International, Global Arbitration Review, the International Arbitration Review, and the International Comparative Legal Guide to International Arbitration. He is also the co-editor-in-chief of the Vietnamese version of the FIDIC 2017 Second Edition suite (Red, Yellow and Silver books).

Nguyen is qualified in both Vietnam and Washington State. He is also a VIAC arbitrator.
