Nicolas is a Partner in the Paris office of Accuracy, Forensics, Litigation & Arbitration practice. He is specialised in Litigation and Transaction advisory services with special skills in construction contract accounting. He has been involved on cases covering a variety of situations (construction claims, breach of contracts, fraud cases) and industrial sectors (construction and infrastructure, engineering, train manufacturing, health care). He regularly works with delay experts to perform the quantification of industrial damages. Nicolas Bourdon has acted as financial expert in international arbitration cases under ICC and UNCITRAL rules, as well as in French and Belgian Civil Courts, and has testified both in French and English. Nicolas is a graduate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
