Nicolas CELY-BUSTACARA

Nicolás Cely-Bustacara is a lawyer with a degree from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá) and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from the MIDS Program (Geneva). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Economic Law at the University of Ottawa. His professional experience includes working in both Investment and International Commercial Arbitration through internships as a law clerk at two top-tier arbitration practices in Paris. He has also won several academic competitions, most notably the 2024 Young ITA Writing Competition.
