Patrycja TREDER
Patrycja Treder is an experienced Polish-qualified advocate cooperating as a Counsel with the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department and with the Projects and Infrastructure Team at DWF Poland.
Patrycja has over 11 years of experience in dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, settlement negotiations and mediation. Patrycja has successfully represented the clients across numerous sectors, such as construction, infrastructure, real estate, energy, oil and gas, mining and entertainment. She has also a unique and extensive expertise in international investment law, representing both states and foreign investors in the investor-state arbitrations. As a practitioner, she co-authored and published a chapter on investment arbitration in Poland in the international book publication: "Investment Arbitration in Central and Eastern Europe: Law and Practice", ed. by Csongor Nagy (2019).
Patrycja has also an extensive experience in providing clients with a comprehensive legal support in the implementation of the infrastructural projects at all stages, including contract negotiations stage, project implementation stage, claim management. She has experience in advising clients in numerous infrastructure sectors, including energy, waste management, oil and gas, real estate, transportation.
