Piotr WITECKI

Piotr specializes in commercial contract law and civil law, litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring. Piotr gained his experience in reputable Polish and international law firms in Warsaw. He worked with DLA Piper for 13 years. He focuses on conducting litigation, negotiating contracts and providing ongoing advice to clients.

Piotr works with investors, developers, landlords and tenants, as well as the energy and manufacturing sectors. He represents clients in large disputes arising from construction and infrastructure projects. He also specializes in the area of restructuring and bankruptcy law and holds a license of a restructuring advisor. Piotr assists creditors, debtors, managers, financial stakeholders and liquidators by providing strategic advice and business solutions.

Piotr is an attorney (adwokat) and a restructuring advisor. He graduated from the University of Warsaw. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He speaks Polish and English.
