Pierrick Le Goff is a partner at French firm De Gaulle Fleurance and holds the status of affiliate professor at Sciences Po Law School in Paris.

He focuses his practice and academic activities mainly on international arbitration, compliance and construction projects. In the field of international arbitration, he acts both as counsel and arbitrator, thereby allowing a dual expertise.

Before joining De Gaulle Fleurance in 2019, Pierrick was Group General Counsel of Alstom, a multinational corporation in which he has also held various positions in the transport and energy sectors in England, Germany, and Switzerland.

Pierrick Le Goff has been involved in numerous arbitration cases. The disputes at stake involved complex or strategic projects in the construction, energy, aeronautics, life science and transport sectors.

He has also gained a specific expertise in compliance in the context of white-collar crime investigations, the management of compliance programs and the handling of cases involving trade compliance and economic sanctions.

Pierrick Le Goff holds a doctoral degree (PhD in Law) from the University of Marburg (Germany), an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania (USA), an LL.M. from the University of Marburg and a post-graduate diploma in international law (DEA) from the University of Paris II. He is a member of the Paris & New York Bars.

He is Chair of the Board of the International Mediation Institute (IMI). He serves on the ICC Governing Body for Dispute Resolution Services, where he holds the seat reserved for representatives of the academic world. He is also a member of the UNIDROIT / ICC working group on international investment contracts.
