Senior Counsel
Sebastián Partida is a seasoned technology law and international arbitration expert with over a decade of experience navigating complex, high-stakes legal environments. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for EMEA and LATAM at Adobe, he brings extensive expertise in international arbitration, IT contracts, and conflict resolution.
Before joining Adobe, Sebastian held key roles in the tech sector at HPE, the oil industry, and international law firms, where he negotiated high-stakes deals across private and public sectors.
A published scholar with a PhD in International Arbitration Law, he has also taught at the Paris Bar School and participated as an expert in the ICC's In-House Working Group.
