Stephanie TOMBLING

Stephanie is a testifying expert and has over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, including the quantification of economic damages. Stephanie joined Secretariat in January 2019 as an accounting expert where she co-developed the damages practice in London.
Stephanie specialises in high value commercial disputes both in litigation and international arbitration in diverse jurisdictions. She has testified in arbitrations in Singapore and Finland.
In addition to acting as named accounting expert and expert adviser, Stephanie has supported other accounting expert witnesses on numerous cases, and has considerable experience in assessing the quantum of lost profits in complex disputes and business interruption losses. Stephanie’s experience covers a broad range of sectors including construction, manufacturing, power and transportation.
Stephanie is a fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants and a Practising Member of the Academy of Experts, and has a degree in German Linguistics.
Stephanie is also an active member of the Global Steering Committee of the Equal Representation for Expert Witnesses.
