Uliana COOKE
Uliana is a dual-qualified English and Russian partner in the London office of gunnercooke LLP specialising in international arbitration.
She acts in complex multi-jurisdictional matters, international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations and enforcement of arbitral awards. Uliana has appeared as counsel in major international arbitrations, including under ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICC and SIAC Rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations emanating from the CIS region, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. She has also advised Governments on investment treaty drafting and issues involving public international law. In addition to her practice as counsel, Uliana sits as an arbitrator and co-leads the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center Working Group on Online Dispute Resolution. She is also a Teaching Fellow at the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London.
