Vincent LEFEUVRE

Vincent LEFEUVRE, Director, has been heading the "Technical Expertise and Delays" activity for construction projects within the Financial Expertise & Dispute Resolution department of Eight Advisory since October 2022. With more than 20 years of professional experience in worldwide construction projects, he is involved in the management of disputes, whether in the quantification of construction delays and damages or in their strategic approach (identification and analysis of written evidence, determination of relevant technical and engineering arguments, etc.).

He is involved in litigation (judicial or arbitration) and in alternative dispute resolution, always with a strong exposure in the oral or written defence of his positions.

He has assisted his clients in a variety of contexts, including project loss assessment, construction project litigation, support for the negotiation of construction contract amendments, as well as in construction contract risk assessment and project review.

Over the years, he has acquired expertise in a wide range of sectors, including Construction, rail (signalling, rolling stokes and infrastructures), Petroleum and Chemicals, Energy, Aviation, Automotive, Transportation & Logistics, Information Technology, Real estate.

As a recognised expert, Vincent regularly takes part in several think tanks and training programmes.
