Virginie COLAIUTA

Virginie Colaiuta is a partner of the London office of LMS Legal LLP. She has more than 25 years of experience acting as counsel and advocate in international arbitration proceedings deriving from construction, energy and satellites disputes, also based on investment treaties.
Virginie is admitted to practise as a Solicitor in England & Wales, Attorney at Law in New York (USA) and Avocat à la Cour in Paris (France)’

In addition, she practised in Italy in 1997-1999 and has a law degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

Virginie is a Visiting Fellow of the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution of King’s College, London and is a lecturer of the Master of Business Engineering (MBE) of the University of Stuttgart in Germany.

Virginie is also the present Co-Chair of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association (2024-2025) and a member of the Board of the Italian Society of Construction Law.
