This panel will discuss the developments of international arbitration in one of its fastest growing markets, the Middle East, a region known for its considerable economic opportunities and legal challenges. The panelists, who combine decades of experience of international arbitration in the region will address some of the myths and realities surrounding the practice of international arbitration in the Middle East. They will also provide practical guidance as to the complexities found in some of its key jurisdictions including the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
