Presentation

Signature Litigation is delighted to invite you to their upcoming discussion, "Arbitration today, Arbitration tomorrow: A look at the proposed, desired and necessary changes in UK legislation with cross-Channel perspectives", as part of this year’s Paris Arbitration Week.

Partners Flore Poloni, Neil Newing and Tsegaye Laurendeau from Signature’s Paris and London offices will host the discussion examining the differences and similarities in the approaches adopted in the primary arbitration legislation in France and England & Wales. The discussion will further consider proposed reforms of the English Arbitration Act and whether such reforms should be adopted by France.

The event will take place on Tuesday 28 March 2023 between 8:30 and 10:30 CET, mainly via Zoom. We will be able to welcome a small number of participants in person, at Signature Litigation’s offices, 49/51 Avenue George V, 75008, Paris.

If you wish to participate virtually, webinar login information will be provided to you upon confirmation of your registration.

We look forward to seeing you, both in person and virtually.

With kind regards,
