Disclosure by arbitrators has increasingly become a minefield for international arbitration practitioners, as challenges to both arbitrators and arbitral Awards for non-disclosure have proliferated. A roundtable of prominent practitioners will discuss how key jurisdictions, England & Wales, France, Switzerland and the US, approach the issue as well as looking at how this is treated in investor state disputes.
