Loyens & Loeff is delighted to host an interactive roundtable on comparative developments in international arbitration. This year's edition will focus on document production. We will hear in a first part from renowned arbitrators Sara Nadeau Seguin and Alexander Blumrosen about the tribunal’s perspective on document production. In a second part, we will provide a comparative perspective on document production and related state court aid and discuss cultural differences in various jurisdictions.
