Scheduled to last 1.5 hours, this insightful session will feature panel presentations followed by 30 minutes allocated for audience questions, offering attendees the opportunity to interact directly with our esteemed speakers.

This year, we aim to explore ethical considerations in arbitration, covering topics like conflicts of interest, relationships between arbitrators and lawyers, and the importance of independence and impartiality. While rooted in French jurisprudence, our discussion will also include insights from other jurisdictions for a broader perspective.
