Presentation

From project initiation to damages assessment: a bright light between expectation and reality?

The seminar will identify the business and economic considerations that drive valuations at the inception of a project and later make their way into the arbitration to (mis)influence the assessment of loss.

The panel gathers experts whose experience straddles investment structuring and loss assessment to discuss the value drivers that tend to be either overlooked or overemphasized in international arbitration, resulting in damages being over or under-estimated.

Speakers:

• Mark Kantor (Arbitrator and Mediator)
• Susan Blower (Ankura)
• Jessica Resch (Analysis Group)
• Min Shi (Oxera)
• Kai Schumacher (AlixPartners)

Moderator:

• Tsegaye Laurendeau, Partner, Signature

Venue: Signature Litigation AARPI, 49/51 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris
