The PAW Board invites you to the first event organised in the framework of the PAW with - and for - in-house counsel. The event will be a unique opportunity for in-house counsel from various backgrounds and industries to meet, connect and discuss topics they encounter in their daily-handling of arbitration matters. Our ambition is to create a forum for lively exchanges of experience allowing in-house counsel, irrespective of their seniority, to transform the takeaways of the discussions into actionable insights.
Panel 1: The various steps to be completed when a dispute arises: a practical checklist
This panel will address the various steps in-house counsel must accomplish, from the outset, when a dispute arises, up to its final conclusion, either by settlement or through arbitration.

Panel 2: Behind the scenes: the appointment of arbitrators by arbitral institutions
This panel composed of in-house counsel and arbitral institutions’ representatives will discuss the methods and approaches followed by the various institutions when appointing arbitrators.
