Our four-part event will include:

- A quickfire Q&A session exploring the key themes of the EU AI Act

- An expert panel discussion covering the opportunities and challenges AI presents in an arbitral context, addressing the key questions on AI in IA

- Reed Smith lawyers then take to the floor for mini debates arguing motions such as: “AI-bot arbitrators can offer an unbiased perspective, increasing the fairness of arbitration outcomes”
